私の以前の仕事から、神戸市内（兵庫電話局、長田電話局、神戸西電話局、葺合電話局、灘電話局、東灘電話局、神戸北電話局、NTT中央区防災センター）
明石市（明石電話局）、加古川市、芦屋市、西宮市、伊丹市（瓦木電話局・伊丹電話局（森本）、宝塚市、尼崎市。

尼崎電話局、灘電話局、東灘電話局、葺合電話局以外にも
伊丹市の電話局は山口組暴力団と強いパートナーシップがある。

考察：

山口組暴力団（部落民を含む）はNTT電話通信機能（携帯電話、固定電話、FAX)に及びインターネット（ADSL)に頼って談合を組んでこの犯罪を隠蔽し継続している。
