Our Goal was to exchange with existing Our Apple third-party partners, Rapis Technology Co and gathering new product information, Apple Computer product information for storage devices, network devices and has adopt products study.

 

Yano Electric have relationship partner as Lapis technology that at the time,  Display board for Macintosh computer, Sale & Develop vendor in San Francisco Bay area,Mr. Jerry Lander was Sales Manager.

 Yano Electric's Lapis technology resellers windows of in-charge by Tetsuo Yano.

 

Tetsuo Yano's charactor and my charactor is totally incompatible, because he is Burakumin.

My personality is always accurate and straight!!

 

He was younger 4 or 5 years-old under than my age, seen to his character have a twisted personality,

So I have image of Tetsuo YANO as Bullying and reminiscent of the past.

I have selected Zadian Software tester in Israel ,Middle East（via Nissho electronics （ SOJITSU ）） and efficiency, checking the disk performance with a combination of  Adaptec SCSI SDS3 interface.

The data transfer rate between Host-Disk and the unique SCSI Command also can be check.

1994年1月、Apple Computer U.S. HQ(Cupatino,CA)が主催する,Mac Expo,Jan,1994 in Moscowne center, San Francisco にヤノ電器（日本兵庫県神戸市）から2名参加した。

目的は既存パートナーとの交流と新規製品の情報収集。
それから、技術部は新規ストレージデバイス、ネットワークデバイスの製品情報収集と取り扱い検討。

当時、ヤノ電器が付き合いのあるパートナーはMacintosh コンピュータの内臓用、Displayボートの開発販売元ラピス・テクノロジー（サンフランシスコのベイエリア）だった。
ラピス・テクノロジーのヤノ電器の再販担当は矢野哲夫である。

正直なところ、私と矢野哲夫は性格が合わない。
私は常にストレートな正確であり、付き合う相手もストレートな性格でないと虫が好かない正確である。

彼は私より４−５歳、年齢が下であるがこの様な状況で虫が好かないのも珍しいが私から見た哲夫は捻くれた性格である。

 

私が過去に一度（多分1993年1月）、矢野孝一（岡山県部落民）の紹介でベイエリアのラピス・テクノロジーの開発販売事務所に訪問した事がある。

当時のラピステクノロジーの営業部長のMr.Jerry Lander(ブロンドヘア、目はブルーの白人）が我々にラピス・テクノロジーの社内を説明した。

 

1994年1月のMac Expoは私と矢野孝一の弟の哲夫と2名でサンフランシスコに来た。

参加したメンバーは私、井内幸次郎（ヤノ電器、開発部部長）と矢野哲夫（ヤノ電器、購買及びマーケティング部部長）でサンフランシスコ市内のHOTELに宿泊した。

現地での取引先ラピス・テクノロジーとの会食は私が過去に会ったMr.Jerry Landerの韓国系日本人妻の"Yoko" Landerがアレンジし、私と矢野哲夫（岡山県部落民）とYOKOの夫、Mr.Jerry LanderとYokoも参席した。

 

ポイントは以下のMrs.Yoko LANDERの会話。

そのベイエリアでの夕食の会話の席で彼女、
Yokoの出身地は京都府だと自己紹介した。

また、Yoko Landerの趣味について話し始めた。

彼女は当時絵画に興味があり、時にはメキシコに一人で旅行し、絵を書きに行くと言っていた。
メキシコ市内のHOTELに宿泊しながら、数日間滞在し絵を書くとも言っていた。
そのYokoはメキシコのファンとも思える発言をした。

メキシコ人の性格は日本人と合っているといい始め、正直な人が多く、人懐っこいと表現した。

多分、沢山の在米メキシコ系アメリカ人やメキシコ人の友人が居ると見られる。（ギャングかどうかは不明）
また、メキシコのHOTELは五つ星HOTELであっても水は飲めない、ボウフラ（蚊の幼虫）が沢山コップに浮いていると言っていた。

 

KoyoはJyodo-Shinsyu religionで
京都系Aizuno-Kotetsu YAKUZA（弘道会に吸収）の前刀禎明（愛知県、former Apple Japan）や笠井紀美子（Sony Jazz Singer,Soka Gakkai,京都府同志社女子大学Alumni）と犯罪連携する、韓国系日本人女スパイかも知れません。
 

余談、
矢野孝一及び矢野哲夫の兄弟仲と
背後の大阪の部落民について。

別の話でヤノ電器に入社した当時（1988年ー1989年）マーケティング部の部長になっていた、高木布登志（former Tarumi ward, POSTAL office,Kobe city)は矢野孝一の中学生時代の旧友であり"ざっくばらん"な性格、私とも性格は合っていた。

 

当時、高木、矢野孝一、井内は東京都内でのストレージ製品の卸先営業活動を共にしていた。
矢野孝一、井内は矢野孝一のアレンジした取引先に訪問した、島津理化機械、キャノン販売本社など。
高木布登志は我々とは別のルートで大学生協(本社）や理経などを訪問した、そして夕方東京都の中野で合流し食事を共にした。

 

その後、矢野哲夫が大阪市のアパレル（縫製工場）を辞めて矢野電器に突然入社した。
当面、矢野哲夫が購買担当に当たる事になった。

 

その後、矢野孝一が悩み始めたのか?

 

矢野孝一は旧友の高木布登志に相談を持ちかける様になった。

その証拠にある日、高木が就業時間後にJR West垂水駅の近くの喫茶店で"徹夜しても、心行くまで３人で話し会おうや"、と言って私と高木、矢野孝一と喫茶店で話をした。（年齢は３人同じ）

 

話のテーマは私自身不明瞭であったが高木から止めどなく矢野孝一に対して問い詰める姿を見ると矢野電器社内の揉め事としか思えない様相であった。

 

しかし、その日は１−２時間足らずで話を切り上げ、
矢野孝一が一旦納得した様な雰囲気で切り上げた。

 

ポイントは以下のFutoshi TAKAGIの会話。

その翌日かその後、高木布登志が矢野電器社内でも私の机の側で聞こえる様に矢野孝一と高木が話し始めた。
"このメンバーで行こうや！" などと言っていた。

私の前で別にこうも言った。
"あんまり、この兄弟は仲が良くない"。

 

広告制作会社（大阪の小さな会社）からデータがナイのなら責任を取れなどと言う、ヤクザの様な電話を高木布登志にかかって来る様になり、高木も喧嘩腰になり、"訴訟でもなんでもやったろ"と相手に伝えた。

２−3年利用して故障するを販売してデータが利用できない責任を取れと言うような...

その後、"もう耐えられへん"、"辞めるわ、それでええやろ"と矢野孝一に言って辞めた。

 

In 1990,高木布登志の後釜として、青野と言う西神戸ハイテクパークの産業用動力機械工場（ガルブレイスかも知れない）を辞めて、矢野電器の購買部門に入社した。

 

矢野哲夫はマーケティング部の専任になった。

 

青野は同時にデータ紛争の民事訴訟の矢野電器側のアシスタントとなった。

ヤノ電器の保証期間は1年の保証書を添付している。

短期の傾向不良で無い限り、日本の商法ではこの期限が有効になる。
この大阪ユーザーの場合、ディスクプラッターにバッドセクターが30個以上有り、ファイルディレクトリーの可能性がある。

更にデータバックアップを習慣づけていない事が原因。

関西のヤクザがよく利用する手段で金儲けの為、示談屋として仲介に入っていた可能性もある。

 

最終的に大阪の地方裁判所の民事訴訟判断でヤノ電器側の過失責任で裁判に賭けた費用相当（3,000,000JPY)支払う様に命じた。

 

この犯罪連携のポイントは以下である。

 

現在の橋下徹、大阪知事は最も犯罪の多い、大阪飛田（愛隣地区に近い）で弁護士として勤務していた。

以前、私がTSUSHIN SETSUBIで勤務後、入社した依田（三木市）が弁護士事務所のアシスタントで勤務していたが入社後、大阪の住友商事通信部部長、藤原のテレコムアダプターの販売窓口となり、
三木谷浩史創設時（三木市）のグループと同じと考えられる。

 

TSUSHIN SETSUBIはNTT WESTディラーであり、竹尾誠司（常務兼営業）は明治大学Alumniで山口組暴力団と関係していたのは後から判明した。

 

三木谷浩史創設時（三木市）は私が1997年当時、日刊工業新聞で確認。
当時、ヤノ電器に勤務した、大石誠が三木商工会議所に頻繁に出入りし、私に三木谷浩史楽天の話をしていた。

1999年、大石誠はヤノ電器を辞職し、当時西神戸ハイテクパークのガルブレイス（スエーデン企業）に入社。

1989年-1992年の大阪地方裁判所於ける修理ハードディスクのユーザーデータの有無についての民事紛争。

その後、大阪市地方裁判所（仲介は大阪市弁護士会で橋下徹の知れない）のやらせ裁判に向かって２年半続く事(1992年)になる。

 

Apple Computerで制作した大阪の街のスーパーマーケットの広告Dataの制作担当者の故障したシーゲイト社製ハードディスクドライブ80MBを私の技術サポート部に宅急便で搬送された。

２．購入した販売店に修理依頼。
      ↓
３．宅急便で指定梱包材でヤノ電器へ（神戸市西区）搬送、修理依頼書を添付。
      ↓
4． ヤノ電器で梱包内容物確認。
    修理タグへ記録（内容物チェック&データRecovery依頼）。
    作業担当: 営業部長(川本正幸)及びパートタイマー（主婦:肱屋，宮下の知人）

Zadian Software 中東イスラエル製（日商エレクトロニクス（双日）経由）とAdaptec SDS3 SCSIインターフェイスの組み合わせでディスクパフォーマンステスターを導入し、効率化を図った。
Host-Disk間転送レートやSCSIユニークCommandなどもTest可能。

これは東京都晴海ビッグサイトで確認し私が選定した。
その他、
環境設定管理、修理依頼フォームやデータベース定義などは井内幸次郎が担当。
