Root of all evil, Sadao IUE, President of SHIOYATOCHI Co, Complete level 1,

I purchased the reuse home in 1984, I, Kojiro IUCHI (9-28-10 Shioya-Cho) ,also my House introduced by Shioyatochi company.

Order to pay off the mortgage with 10 years after that I had looking for authentic new homes from middle of year 1994.

In year 1995, I due to the great Hanshin-Awaji earthquake, the House was partially destroyed,so my old house value is decrease 5 million JPY in 1995,  I have purchased new House (38 million JPY, 8-4-5 Shioya-Cho) became 33 million JPY finally with resale my old house at same time.

 

One day, I had called  Takakazu Yano for the new House dinner to commemorate the new housepurchase, he did not come my new house.

Takakazu YANO had gave me a simple small picture only.

I felt suspicious about Takakazu YANO behavior at that time.

Then I have started thinking to my property inheritance from Tokushima.

 

I heard that Shioyatochi's someting rumors occasionally from my Ex-wife at the time,

This was my ex-wife's friend had talking with Ex-wife's topic about land trading or the house resales.

So I had not paid attention it.

I thought it was from my daughter's friend parents as ex-wife, Kazuko OSHITA friends (Korean) in Shioya-Cho  neighborhood women rigging (Miyuki HATOYAMA, Chikage OGI, YANASE car dealer's wife as Kanako KANAYA family others also).

 

Now I'm thinking that Hiroshi MIKITANI and Mr.TAKASAKI,Adviser of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp and Tomoyuki YOSHIMOTO via Hajime ISHII and Sadao IUE the Soka Gakkai (komeito) members for an embezzlement my property murder plan possible set up crime and running.

 

My Shioya House as 8-4-5 Shioya-Cho is considered deprived by Shioyatochi or YAMAGUCHI-Gumi now.

I have move from 9-28-10 Shioya-Cho to 8-4-5 Shioya-Cho in year 1995 after two or three years later,  YAMATE Woman University had building the tenis court in near my house 8-4-5 Shioya-Cho, walk by 2 min.

 

There is a possibility teamed up with Japan Culture Department and Ministry of Education viaHyogo Prefecture for purchase my part of cultural assets of Tokushima, Japan by embezzlement, it was sold to the Japan Government and other parts of my property is sold to other buyer via Shioyatochi.

In 1997, my JCB credit card number was stolen when I leave my seat, my billfold wallet on my desk at that time.

株式会社、不動産売買業は私の家の附近に位置していた。私、井内幸次郎が1984年購入した家(塩屋（9-28-10 )も塩屋土地が紹介した家であった。

その後、10年間の住宅ローンが完済する為、1994年頃から本格的に新しい家を探していた。

 

1995年、阪神淡路大震災に遭い、家は半壊となったが価値は５００万円の価値が付いた為、1995年に新築購入した家（3800万円、塩屋町8-4-5）が3300万円になった。

私は新居購入の記念に矢野孝一を新居の夕食に呼んだが来なかった。

矢野孝一は私に簡単な絵をプレゼントしただけだった。

この時から矢野孝一を不審に思うようになっていった。

 

但し、1995年この阪神大震災が起きたのも偶然であるとは思えない。

ただ私自身、住宅ローンを組むことと、徳島県の山、森林の遺産を相続することは別に考えていた。

その後、真剣に財産相続を考え始めた。

当時、別れた妻は塩屋土地の噂を近所の女性の井戸端会議でたまにしていたが私は興味を示さなかった。

 

これは彼女の友人＝子供の友人の両親（在日韓国人）らの女性談合（鳩山幸（鳩山由紀夫の妻）、扇千景）があったと考えられる。

今考えると、さらに三木谷浩史と三井住友銀行の高崎、吉本知之らが石井一、創価学会（公明党）を経由して横領殺人計画を立て実行したと考えられる。

 

私の塩屋町8-4-5の家も剥奪していると考えられる。

更に徳島県の私の財産も吉本知之らの談合が神戸市区役所で収賄を実施し、塩屋土地の井植貞雄経由で私の財産の内、重要文化財以外を売却した可能性が大きい。

更に日本重要文化財とみなされる部分の私の財産横領については当時の日本文部科学省大臣と兵庫県が手を組み、日本政府に売却した可能性が有る。

 

1995年以降、私の勤め先、ヤノ電器の私に対する、嫌がらせ行為が激しくなり始めた。

1997年、私のJCBクレジットカードの番号が盗まれて、知らない間に使い込まれた事も有った。

 

私は直感的に矢野哲夫、稲山智久（神戸市長田区の部落民）が大石誠（兵庫県豊岡市出石町の部落民）にやらせた嫌がらせと感じた。

矢野哲夫、稲山智久らはしばしばラウンジで密談をするようになっていた為。

このころから私の近くの席のヤノ電器内のC&E教育事業部の大石が三木市商工会議所に商談に行くようになっていた。

C&E教育事業部は殆ど大阪教育大学の新卒で構成されていた。

当時、この三木市の商工会議所と三木谷浩史が密接な関係にあったと彼は私に口ごもって話した。

丁度その頃、私は日刊工業新聞に三木谷浩史の記事を見た、”三木谷浩史が電子商取引の会社”楽天”を設立（三木市）”したと書いてあった。

私は何故こんな辺鄙（過疎地域）な場所に会社を設立するのかとも思った。
