1)

So Making original design chart or tracing to Disassembly the Real engine Parts (Such as Engine Cover)  by Arctech 3D scanner to 3D modeling data (DXF).

 

2)

Anybody can be made like this 3D design below.

and DXF (Steel CNC machine mining data) made up.

 

3)

DXF Steel CNC machine mining data upload to CNC (Taiwan or Japan made machine).

Swich ON, automatically starting the CNC mining machine.

 

4)

Mining steel for making die and mold.

 

5)

finished die & mold by hand grate with tool to up accuracy .

6)

hand carry to Die-cast factory with casting material specified (alloy ratio etc..).

 

7)

after Die-cast to picked up sample to finishing up accuracy by hand grate or not.
