原因是，习近平上台后大力反腐，那些在国内 拥有十套八套、甚至更多房产的贪官们， 纷纷将房产抛售套现，以免万一被查出遭 到惩处，套得的现钱，便转移到国外购房。

聖他克拉縣縣府記錄顯示，網傳中國中央政治局常委王岐山妻子姚明珊所有的2棟豪宅，實際上可能是姚明珊的妹妹姚明端持有。

由於屋主夫婦在1990年代就已在矽谷置業，購入2處目前市值超過420萬元的房產時，總價大約為216萬元。
博訊新聞網日前在《博訊》月刊指中紀委書記王岐山的家人在美國矽谷擁有兩棟共 價值420萬美元的豪宅，並貼出其中一棟豪宅照片。

本報調查發現，圖中豪宅在矽谷薩拉托加 市（Saratoga），屋主名為Ming Duan Yao，名字與已故中國副總理姚依林的小女兒姚明端同音。
該豪宅為屋主和夫婿Frank Fung Shan Suen共有。
根據聖他克拉縣縣府資料，Frank Fung Shan Suen和屋主最早在1990年7月購入了矽谷古柏蒂奴（Cupertino）的一棟4房3浴室的新屋。
買入時房產估值不到49萬元， 屋主夫婦的貸款額為30萬元。

屋主夫婦不久後付清貸款，並於1996年7月將古柏蒂 奴的房屋賣出，同年6月買入目前擁有的薩拉托加市的5房4浴室、佔地1.3英畝、住房面積5394平方呎的豪宅。

1997年該豪宅的縣府估值為149萬元，據此當時的售價應該接近此數。
目前的市場價值接近360萬元。

記者看到，該棟2層樓高的獨立屋建在一個小坡上，粉牆紅瓦，周圍遍植高樹，私密性很好。

整塊地皮四周都設有鐵柵欄，車道入口亦有鐵門，門前掛有一個「小心犬隻」的英文標誌。

資料顯示，屋主夫婦名下還有一棟3房2.5 浴室的獨立屋。

該處地產佔地2296平方呎，住房面積1739呎，為屋主夫婦在2010年購入，當時估值約為67萬元，目前市場 價值接近70萬元。

該棟獨立屋位於聖荷西近Valley Fair購物中 心地帶， 頗有鬧中取靜的意味。有鄰居表示，該屋可能是「父母買了給女兒的」，3年來平時基本上人沒有人住。
屋主夫婦住在薩拉托加，偶爾會過來看看。

昨天，日本三井住友银行以日本传统的仪式，宣告正式进驻杭城。
这是来杭的首家外资银行，也是三井住友银行在中国的第五家分行。

此前的2004年12月7日，
日本三井住友银行上海分行行长正木浩三在浙江银监局领取了 《外资金融机构设立申请书》，已预示着杭州首家外资银行悄然到来。

外资金融机构早已看中浙江的金融市场。
杭州是这一市场的发端，更是核心。
有趣的是，相比其他“国籍”的金融集团，日资金融财 团入杭的脚步更显密集和迫切。

日资引流水到渠成

“很显然，日资金融财团频频来杭，其中 强大的市场牵引力，一部分来自杭州对日资强 劲的虹吸能力。”杭城银行业的一位资深人士 说。

2004年3月28日，
日本航空公司和全日空航空公司开通日本到杭州的直飞航班。
这是 2004年杭州市招商引资“主攻日韩、东引台 资”大战略，最为关键的大手笔。

空中搭建起快速通道，使日资集聚杭州， 有了一种水到渠成的从容。
在短时间内，日资企业频现杭城，其中不乏世界500强企业。在素有“日资板块”之称的浙江，杭州成了板块中 的日资高度密集地。

目前，浙江全省外资企业总数已超过3万家，其中有2149家日资企业，实际利用外资达253亿美元。而在杭投资的日资企业就已达434家，总投资达到17.2亿美元。
据统计，去年杭州对日本进出口总额为27.18亿美元。
据杭州的有关部门调查，去年，在杭投资的日资企业无一亏损。

在众多悄然进杭的日资企业中，2004年的杭州看到两个特别的身影。

三井住友银行行长西川善文坦率地告诉记者：“将最大限度地利用日本国内的营业网络，为日资企业在浙江投资作最大的贡献。”

双赢格局竞争前奏

三井住友银行杭州分行，是其在长三角设立的第三家分支机构。
先于杭州之前设立的苏州分行，要追溯到1998年12月。
时隔六年后，长三角已成为中国潜力最大、发展速度最快、最为繁荣的城市经济带之一。在此背景下，三井住友银行将目标锁定在长三角南翼的 中心城市——杭州。

然而，三井住友银行还是晚来一步，没有成为首批进入杭州的日资金融机构。
先于它进杭的是两家日资保险公司——东京海上日动海 上火灾保险株式会社和三井住友海上火灾保险株式会社，他们几乎同时获得中国保监会的批准。

三井住友银行在中国共设有9家分支机构。包括上海、天津、苏州、杭州、广州5家 分行；在北京、大连、沈阳、重庆设立了4家 代表处。

三井住友银行主要由1876年成立的三井银行和1895年成立的住友银行构成。
2001年4月1日由三井银行与太阳神户银行合并演变 而来的樱花银行和住友银行合并，形成了现在的三井住友银行。
截止到2004年9月底，三井住友银行总资产达927429亿日元；存款 620116亿日元；贷款507236亿日元。
